Appreciated Sebastian,

I take advantage of the occasion to tell you that I have been able to download  your work finally, but I should be honest when saying that after reading the foreword, it would be a complete heresy to consult the page that you suggest directly. With this, it would not only lose the conductive thread that so much I appreciated, would also defer to appreciate in depth a point of view that I notice charming.

Far from being flattering, I should recognize that your opening words to the work impressed me intensely.

Perhaps be not completely good to express the impressions that I experience, but not for that, I stop to be sensitive to the beauty of the ideas that very few beings usually syntonize.
For such reasons, it is obvious that I will send to you my comments when the reading concludes.

Now then, it is not my intention to mix topics, but inadvertently I arrived to the section in which you refer to " Ibez " and I wanted to share you what has been possible to find about it in my next delivery.

Annex on: The Temple of Íbez:

 

 

The Foundation of the Hierarchy:

             << The diverse energy that act on the human being and produce their development, and it constitute their field of experience. In other words a drift to the other existence. While the subjection persists to the experience in the world of the form,  takes place a parallel development of the conscience. Because this development originates constant reorientation toward a new state of conscience, it necessarily drives up to now to the new experiences – experiences of new phenomenon, the being's new states and dimensional conditions unknown. Of there the frequent reaction of the pupil to the fact that there still is not for him a place of peace. The peace was the applicant's atlas objective. The realization is the Aryan pupil's objective, which can never remain static neither to rest; constantly it is adjusted to new conditions; continually he learns how to act in them, and then he finds that they disappear to give place to new situations. This continues until establishing the conscience in the I-Am, in the One. Then the initiate  is known himself as the Unit observance, and it watches over the phantasmagoric phenomenon of the life in the form.

            Passes from an unit sensation to one of duality, and from there again to a higher unit. Firstly the I-Am identified with the aspect that it forms, to such a point that despaired all duality in the illusion that the I-Am is the form. We have the form then, constituting all that exists seemingly. To this it continues him the stage in which the I-Am that internally lives, it begins to be aware of itself as well as in the way; then we speak in terms of the superior "Me" and the "me" inferior, of the "me" and their covers, of the "me" and of the "no-me". This is the applicant's dual stage and of the pupil, until the moment to train spiritual confined in a form. Its conscience, during a long period of time, is predominantly that in the way. Gradually he goes changing –tan gradually that the applicant learns the resistance lesson (until the point of supporting the no-me), and a life balanced in that none of both prevails arrives. This takes place in the man a state of apparent negativity and inertia that it can last during a life or two, where it seems that little carries out in a sense or other, but for the worker it is a valuable indication in their treatment with people. Then it changes the balance point and, from the angle of the influence, the soul seems to dominate, and the whole aspect of the conscience begins to move to the highest in the two aspects. However, it still persists the duality, because the man is sometimes identified with the soul and others with his nature form; in this stage he is now most of the most sincere pupils. Nevertheless it is “absorbed” little by little in the soul, and he enters this way in connection with all the aspects of the soul in all the forms, until one day realizes that the soul only exists, then the superior state of unit happens.

            These points should be considered by being of value, because thought schools exist (as the Vedanta and other groups of mystic thinkers) that they underline the aspect life and they seem to deny the duality. Other schools (as the Theosophical, in spite of denying it) they teach the truth of the "me" and of the "no-me", for that reason it can be interpreted in terms of duality, of a relative unit to other, in the following way:

1.      The unit in the way in that the I-Am identified seemingly with the form, and it is absorbed in the life of the mater.

2.      The duality that moves and it fluctuates among the "me" and the form, focusing the conscience in one and sometimes in another.

3.      The unit of the soul, where it seems not to exist nothing else that the soul, and the being only registers in the conscience.

As it will be seen, both schools are right, and the dualist concept is a step in the one on the way to the essential union with the Life One.

           It should be remember that as well as for the applicant it battles (the kurukshetra) it is the astral plane, the mental plane it is the field of the pupil's battle. Where their kurukshetra is. The applicant should learn how to control his nature emotional psychic for the correct control of the mind, and Krishna  tries to subdue him when he trains Arjuna to take the following step toward the correct vision. The pupil should take this mental attention ahead, and by means of the correct use of the mind to achieve the highest understanding, putting in activity an even higher factor, that of the intuition.

            The applicant repeats in itself the racial development and he carries out the racial drama again. To understand this it is necessary to capture certain facts regarding that drama and the work of the Hierarchy, and I will enumerate them next:

 

            1. The movement of the popularization of the Secret Doctrine has eighteen million years.

            2. Only four of the original Utterers still remain with us. The task (instigator and controller) it is now in hands of three groups of life, if I can express in this way:

a.   Those of our terrestrial humanity that have been qualified to serve.

b.   Certain existences that they have come from other planetary outlines to our terraqueous outline.

c.    A great number of devas of superhuman

They form, on the whole, the hidden Hierarchy of the planet; they work in three main divisions and in seven groups, described in many theosophical books and summarized in the book: Human and Solar Initiation.

            3.   In the primitive stages, this Hierarchy was known by diverse names, among other it denominated it to him the Temple of Íbez.

            4. We will consider the foundation of the Temple of Íbez now. To make it it will be necessary to keep in mind the period of coming to the earth of the White Fraternity  and the immediate problem before it; this will involve the recognition of certain facts that they were never appropriately considered. It is a fact recognized in esoterism that the advent of the hidden Hierarchy was for the humanity of our earth an epic event, and it produced two things:

            The defined crystallization of that grupal soul denominated fourth Kingdom of the nature.

            The awakening of the mind or you flow, in the animal man, in triple form:

a.      For the direct incarnation of certain members of the White Fraternity that  brought this way the new and necessary factors, transmitting them to their children.

b.      For the defined installation of what is called in the Occult Writings “the spark of the mind” in the animal man. This is simply a pictorial form of representing the creation, for a direct act, of the necessary unit of the mind or mental mechanism of the thought, inside the causal or spiritual body.

c.      For the gradual stimulus of the animal man's mental ability and the continuous vitalization of the latent germ of the mind, until it flourished like manifested mind.

This embraced a vast period of time, and although the Fraternity established its headquarters in Shamballa and it directed its activities from there, it was necessary, during the first sub-raze of the Atlantis Root Race, to carry out certain efforts so that the mysteries should remember that although it is spoken of Shamballa like that it exists in physical mater and it occupies a town defined in the space, the physical mater to that he refers is etheric; the Lord of the World and Their assistants of the superior degrees, they occupy formed bodies of etheric matter.

            5. It makes around seventeen million years (the coming of the Hierarchy and the foundation of Shamballa took place it makes eighteen million and half years) he decided to have in the dense physical plane an organization and headquarters of the mysteries, and a group of Followers and Chohanes that would act in dense physical bodies, and they would satisfy this way the humanity's necessity that quickly was waking up.

            6. The first outpost position for the Fraternity of Shamballa was the original temple of Íbez, located in the center of South America, and one of its branches, in a very later period, was in the old Mayan institutions and in the fundamental adoration of the Sun, as source of life in the hearts of all the men. A second branch settled down later on in Asia, and of this branch the followers from the Himalaya and of the south of the India, they are the representatives, although the work has changed materially. In the future discoveries will be made that will reveal the reality of the old type of hierarchical work; many in underground refuges. As the mysteries of the Central Asia are explored, in the lands that extend from Caldea up to Babylon through the Turquestán to Manchuria, including the desert of Gobi, it is planned to reveal great part of the primitive history of the workers of Íbez.

          It  will be able to observe that the word Íbez is literally kind of an acronym that veils the true name of the planetary Logoy of the Earth, one of Whose principles are showing in Sanat Kumara, transforming this way it into a direct incarnation of the planetary Logoy and in an expression of Its divine conscience. These four letters are the initials of the true names of the four Changes of the four globes of our terrestrial chain, where they embodied four of the divine principles. The letters I.B.E.Z. they are not the true letters in language sensar, if it is also possible to use expression so inexact of an ideographic language, but rather they are simply a 'european' deformation. The true meaning is only imparted in the fourth initiation, when the nature of the planetary Logoy is revealed and a defined contact is made with its four Changes by means of the work direct mediator of Sanat Kumara.

            7. I will say something regarding the work of the followers of Íbez and Their mysteries; it is different from that of today's followers, and it necessarily had to be this way. Their objective was to stimulate the mysticism and the Kingdom of God in the human atom. The nature of Its work is extremely difficult for the understanding of the man common of today, due to its diverse states of conscience. The followers of Íbez had to try with a humanity that was in their childhood whose polarization was extremely unstable and its very imperfect coordination. There was very little mentality, and the men were almost completely astral, working consciously in the even more astral plane that in the physique, and it leaves of the task of these primitive followers that you/they worked under the instructions of Shamballa, it was to develop the centers of energy of the human unit, to stimulate the brain and to make it fully self-conscious in the physical plane. Their objective was to achieve the understanding of the Kingdom of internal God and (in the training of Its pupils) it was given little importance to the fact of reaching the knowledge of God in the nature and in other units. In those days it was necessary to use more methods definedly physical that the allowed today, being used these methods of physical stimulus and becoming trained the energy laws, just as it acts through the different centers, until the moment in that another great change was made in the hierarchical methods; then it closed the door between the animal Kingdom and the human and the portal of the initiation opened up. It was also considered in that time that the man self-centered was sufficiently and individualized as to allow a drastic change in the method and in the practice. All this took a vast period of time, having arrived us the aftertastes of the first practices of the Temple in the degraded phallus teachings, in the tantric magic and in the practices of the hatha yoga. To the infantile humanity Lemurian and the primitive Atlantean, it was necessary to teach them these practices such a nature that the race should have transcended it makes them millions of years.

            8. In the moment to open the portal of the initiation, it makes several millions of years, the Lodge decided two things:

            That the individualization should cease until the man coordinated, not only the bodies physique and astral and he thought consciously for itself, but until it also transcended the physique and the astral one. When it ends up being aware of the group, then he will open up the portal of the Kingdom of the self-conscious again.

            That the path of the mysticism should lead appropriately to the hidden path; that plans should be formulated to impart the teachings, and that it was necessary to organize the mysteries that would reveal the nature of God in all that it leave, and not only in the man. To the man he was necessary to teach him that as individual it constitutes part of an all adult and that their interests should be subordinated those of the group. The teachings were reorganized slowly, and they developed the mysteries, until we arrive at the wonderful Schools of Mysteries of Caldea, Egypt, Greece and many others.

9. Three things will be able to mention:

a.   The point of many men's evolution, relatively inferior, and their natural physical polarization.

b.      The work of the black followers and of those who follow the path of the left. When the followers of Íbez (also with instructions of the Teachers of Shamballa) they began to be confined in the Temples, being this way the mysteries more difficult of reaching, and to work against the abuses and the deformations, many of those that had been until then Their more intimate followers, possessors of great power and knowledge, fought against Them, and there we have one of the causes of the appearance of the white magic and of the quarter note, and one of the reasons that made consider necessary the waters purificadoras of the flood.

c.      The powerful mental forms built in the primitive mysteries of Íbez those which (especially in America) they have not still been destroyed. This gigantic one “Resident of the Threshold” of all the true Mysteries, it has to be destroyed before the applicant can follow its road.

10. The work carried out by the followers of Íbez and the mysteries of their temple, they still persist and they are carrying out it the teachers and red followers physically everywhere of the world. They teach the meaning of the psyche, the ego or soul, and of the human unit, so that the man in fact can be what is, a God that he walks on the earth whose inferior nature (physics, astral and mental) it is totally controlled by the soul or love aspect, not only theoretically but in fact and truly.

When this happens, the physical body will no longer exercise attraction for the real man, the moving nature and the body of desires they will no longer deviate it, neither the mind will exclude the true and spiritual, but rather that God will use the three bodies like vehicles to serve to the race. Then the human Kingdom will be transcended and the man will pass to the spiritual Kingdom, where he will receive other lessons, as well as the infantile humanity, when it left the animal Kingdom, it was trained by the instructors of Íbez and he was taught his functions and work.
